Otwo Creative Agency is a corporate event management and creative execution agency. We have been working since 2016, based in Karachi and operating throughout Pakistan, planning and producing the events that companies use to launch, convene, recognise and sell.
Our clients are corporations, pharmaceutical and FMCG companies, medical societies and professional organisations — and, inside them, the marketing, HR, administration, procurement and communications teams responsible for getting an event right.
Our role runs the full length of a project: from the first planning conversation through creative development, production and vendor coordination, to the team on the floor on the day and the strike that follows it.

01Our approach
Four stages, one team.
The same people carry a project from the first brief to the last flight case. Nothing is handed over between departments halfway through.

We clarify the objective, the audience, the requirements and the outcome you need. What the event is for governs its format, its budget and its scale, so this is settled before anything is designed.

Design
We develop the event concept, creative direction, audience experience and production plan together — set drawings, technical specification and run-of-show built as one document rather than three.

Coordinate
We align venues, vendors, production teams, logistics, speakers and internal stakeholders against a single schedule, and hold the suppliers to it so your team does not have to.

Deliver
We manage installation, rehearsals, guest experience, live execution and closeout — on site, through the whole run, until the venue is handed back.
