01The work
From business objectives to memorable experiences.
An event is a business instrument before it is a production. Since 2016 we have begun with what the event has to achieve — the audience, the message, the decision you want people to leave with — and designed everything backwards from there.
Strategy, creative direction, production, logistics, vendor coordination and on-ground management all sit with one team. That means a single plan rather than a collection of contractors, one point of accountability through the build, and a room that behaves the way it was designed to on the day.
