What we do with what you send us.

This website has no database, no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. It does not set cookies.

The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form, or what you send us directly by WhatsApp, phone or social message.

When you complete the contact form, the details you entered are formatted into a message and WhatsApp opens with that message ready to send. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp, and the website itself does not retain a copy.

If email delivery is enabled on this site in future, submissions will instead be forwarded to an Otwo inbox and the form will say so before you send. Your details would then be handled by the email provider used for that delivery.

We use the details you send only to respond to your inquiry and to plan and quote the event you have described. We do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for marketing.

Where an event requires it, we may share operational details — such as guest counts or delivery addresses — with the venues and suppliers working on that specific project.

Correspondence about an inquiry is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — through the discussion, the project itself, and the period afterwards in which a follow-up is likely.

This site links out to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Once you follow one of those links you are on that company's service, governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
