Stage a national diabetes symposium in a banquet venue rather than a conference centre — a room that had to feel purpose-built for the programme while still handling registration, catering and an evening entertainment segment.

A banquet hall that read as a symposium venue. The LED welcome wall and full-length backdrop run gave the room a clear front and a consistent identity, and the same stage carried the scientific sessions and the evening programme without being restruck.
